Photo221770-FullIn 2008, when our daughter was 21 months old, my 40-something, hale and hearty husband died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart arrhythmia. His death catapulted me onto a journey I never would have chosen to take, but one that has enriched my life immeasurably. I made two vows in the wake of his death: first, that I would not live my life as a tragedy, but rather use my loss as a springboard to greater meaning; and second, that I would find a way to serve in the world, hoping to ease even just one person’s experience of grief and loss. This website and my coaching practice is that way.
