What I’ve discovered is that the lifelong fear of grief keeps us in a barren, isolated place and that only grieving can heal grief; the passage of time will lessen the acuteness, but time alone, without the direct experience of grief, will not heal it. — Anne Lamott, Traveling Mercies
Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things we can experience. The bottom has dropped out of the world and nothing will be the same again. And yet, it makes us fully human. Whether you have arrived here because you’ve suffered such a loss, you are supporting someone who is grieving, or you are simply interested in the experience of grief, loss and reinvention, I welcome you. And if you are grieving, my wish for you is that you are able to experience and move through your grief, ultimately integrating your loss in a way that results in a deeper, richer, more alive you. This website is dedicated to offering support and resources to help you on your journey.
Here you’ll find articles that speak to a variety of grief- and loss-related topics; book recommendations for those of you who find comfort in the written word; and information on my coaching practice and other products and services I offer to those who are looking for a road map through grief and into reinvention. I hope you find at least one thing to light your path.
